Cream of Broccoli Soup

- 2 C Broccoli, diced

- 2 C Broth (any you like)

- ½ Milk (of choice)

- 1/2 C Parsley, chopped

- Salt and Pepper to taste

Boil the broccoli in the broth until tender (about 10 mins.). Remove from heat and add parsley, milk, salt, and pepper. Use an immersion blender until the consistency is smooth.
