• 1 (17.6 ounce) container plain (I prefer full fat) Greek yogurt

• 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes

• 1 tablespoon very thinly sliced shallot

• ½ clove garlic grated or very finely chopped

• 1 teaspoon dried dill weed

• ½ teaspoon paprika
