Scallion & Ramp Dressing

1 part Olive Oil (or other oil base)

¾ part Balsamic Vinegar

~2 Tbs* Chopped Fresh Scallions 

~2 Tbs* Finely Chopped Raw Ramp Bulb

Salt and Pepper to taste

*per cup dressing, add less or more ramps & scallions as you like.

Shake well and store in fridge. This dressing will get more potent over time.
