Garlic Mustard and Ramp Pesto

  • ½ C Pine Nuts (or Walnuts)      

  • 2 C Spinach (optional)        

  • 1 C Ramp Leaves        

  • ½ C Garlic Mustard                                   

  • 1 C Parmigiano-Reggiano                  

  • ½ C Olive Oil       

  • Salt and Pepper to taste 

Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend to desired texture. Add more of any ingredient to taste.
