Aloo Gobhi

- ½ lb Potatoes, chopped 

- ½ lb Cauliflower, chopped   

- Mustard, Fennel, Cumin, Nigella mixed seeds

- Ginger

- Garlic

-Turmeric

-Red Chili

- Salt

Heat oil, add a mix of mustard, fennel, cumin and nigella seeds. When the seeds get toasted/change color, add the potatoes and cauliflower. Add crushed ginger and garlic, turmeric, red chili (as tolerated) and salt. Lower the heat and cook till tender. Garnish with cilantro and green onions.
